When a pair of high-grade acetate glasses is produced, the bright surface, complete lines, smooth hinge opening and closing, every detail is a perfect presentation of the original design. But who can know, acetate glasses from the initial piece of sheet material, the production of various parts, surface treatment and the final product assembly, a total of more than 150 processes, is a typical labor-intensive product. Do you know the production process of acetate glasses?

Here is to understand the main process of acetate glasses.
Pre-production preparation:The first is the design drawing. According to the current fashion elements, or guests' ideas and brand elements,design the style of glasses. After confirming the design drawings, it is necessary to draw CAD production drawings, and then make samples according to the CAD drawings. After the samples are confirmed by the customers, then according to the orders of customers, the production of bulk goods will be prepared.
Next,prepare various raw materials. Order raw materials from sheet suppliers according to customer order. In this process, the staff should start to make the production sheet, once the material is available, the production sheet and materials are sent to the production department.
After receiving the production order and materials, the production department began to enter the real production of acetate glasses frame. The main processes are:
1- Cutting: a large piece of sheet material is cut into many small pieces by machine according to the calculated cutting specifications.
2- Baking materials: Put the cut materials into the oven neatly and set a good time to remove the excess water inside and make it harder to ensure that the glasses are not deformed and more shiny.
3- inner-rim milling: generally use the engraving machine for operation. Set up the procedure of the fine carving machine in advance, such as the shape and size of the inner-rim, the shape and depth of the slot and other data, and then put the sheet into the material area of the machine, and then operate according to the procedure.
4- Nosepad attaching or Endpiece attaching: according to the requirements of the drawing and production order, put the cut pieces of material together on the baked sheet, at least 12 hours after putting together, so that their joints can be firmly glued together, and the final product will not crack or fracture.
5- Outer-rim milling: CNC machine is generally used to complete. Pre-debug the program of CNC machine, put the material into the material area of the machine, then follow the program. In this process, in addition to checking the data, the technician's experience is very important, Which places must be 1:1, and which places must have a margin,only in this way, the final production of the finished product can fully conform to the CAD drawings.
6- Manual processing: This step is critical to the final surface details of the glasses. The technician will make a detailed inspection of milled inner and outer rim, and then ask the operator to handle each rough area manually, with tools such as blades, file knives, saw blades, emery cloth, etc.

7- Roller and polishing: The hand-processed front frame is put into the rolling machine. Rolling is generally divided into four times, namely rough rolling, middle rolling, fine rolling and smooth rolling, Polishing shall be carried out after each barrel out, polishing is also divided into rough polishing, middle polishing, fine polishing and Shinning of finished products after assembly.
8- Fine carving oblique: for some oblique style, in order to make the oblique more clear and natural, we will do this process after rough rolling. After carving a good oblique position, then rough throwing and rolling.
9- Bending frame: The production process of facial bending is to bend the frame into a shape close to the curve of the face by heating and extruding the formed frame through the mold, so that the frame can fully meet the requirements of the drawings.
10- Hinge insertion: automatic hinge insertion machines are generally used now. Do a good positioning model, after debugging the machine, workers fixed the front frame below, and then put the hinge into the machine hinge position, and then the machine automatically complete. After removing the hinged front frame, quickly clean the hinge with a blade and put it into a cold water. Once you've nailed one side, nail the other side of the front frame.
11-The production process of acetate glasses's temple is independent. Most of the process of the front frame is similar to the process. Only the copper needle is completely different. The copper needle technology of temple is mainly to position and heat the acetate temple, and then use the cylinder to insert the copper needle into the temple, so that the temple is beautiful at the same time, but also has a certain self-willed and strength;
12- Temple matching for front frame: Temple cutting is the first step. The production process of temple cutting is mainly to cut the temple through the equipment, so that the temple and the frame are assembled at the same Angle, and then the front frame is combined with screws.
13- Finished product assembly. And then the final process. This process is basically completed manually, and it is also the most employing department in the production process of each acetate glasses factory, generally accounting for 1/5 to 1/4 of the production staff. Including printing, cutting, loading, holding, polishing, cleaning and final inspection of finished products, each link can not meet the quality requirements, must be returned to the original process for repair. Then put the examined glasses into the glasses bag. According to the requirements of customers, the way of packaging may be different, some customers only require to put in the white box, some customers directly put in their brand glasses case, at the same time put instructions and glasses cloth and other items.
